Refund Policy

At Floseris, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that we will work with you to make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at support@floseris.com within 90 days of delivery. We will carefully review your concern and provide the most appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or damaged/ defective goods

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described in your order, you may request a refund or replacement within 90 days of delivery.
The refund/ replacement only covers:
- Wrong or incorrect item received
- Missing items or incomplete set
- Product damaged during shipping

How to request:
Email us at support@floseris.com with:
- Your order number and sales receipt
- Clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item (taken on a flat surface, with the product tag visible)

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll offer the best solution — either a refund or a replacement.
You do not need to return defective items.

Please note that: 
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept replacement OR issue refunds for opened or used products unless they are defective or incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Goods

- If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately at support@floseris.com  with your order details.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery.
- Issues reported more than 90 days after the carrier marks the order as delivered cannot be resolved.

Address Errors

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges. A reshipping fee may apply

Refund time

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.
